Thank you for visiting our website and learning more about Deep Insight Psychology. I’m the founder, Deepti Vaswani, a licensed clinical psychologist born and raised in California. I hold a Master’s in Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of La Verne in Southern California.
My approach to psychotherapy is insight-oriented, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My journey began working with children and adolescents, creating a model for chronic illness and mental health, and evolved into helping women address the deep impact of emotional health on themselves and their families. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, self-esteem, and relational issues, guiding clients to feel empowered and in control of their healing.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, yoga, laughing with friends, and spending time with my cat. I look forward to working with you!
